  I wrote a review a few days ago about not being happy with the colour I had picked and feeling a little rushed... a few days after posting the manager Leon called me for a good chat to understand my concerns and offered me to come back into the salon at any time to have my colour ready done free of charge!
  
  I’ve just left the salon where I saw Mary who was so lovely, I am really happy with the girls here and Leon as the manager really stepped up by calling me and sorting my concerns. Thank you !

  I went to Princess after not being able to get in to my usual salon. The difference is outstanding. I hate drills, I hate when the tech uses them too high and is rough or even hits your fingers it gives me literal anxiety. The 2 women who did my toes and nails were so gentle. They used nice, new, low powered drills, delicately used paying 100 percent attention and my nails looks so good I relaxed about half way into my booking when I realised it wasn't going to be an ordeal at all but actually relaxing. The set is not thick and bulky but nice and fine, well shaped, perfect colour application on top and really friendly staff. I was considering just not having nails anymore until I went to Princess Nails. Definitely recommend for people who have had bad experiences to enjoy their nail appointments again.

  Went for the first time today. Staff lovely and had a good chat. Huge selection of colours for my gel manicure. The service was efficient and the outcome perfect, my nails look beautiful! Pricing competitive too. Note that the cut on the cuticle of my little finger was there before I had my nails done.

  First impression the ladies were lovely. I had a pedicure and during it the lady, due to chatting with her colleague cut my toe. No apology just kept going and she seemed to be inconvenienced by having to stop the bleeding. Then when the polish was being put on she smudged my toe with the light. She didn't remove the polish and start agin but tried to fix. Not good. I would not go back as my feet look awful.

  Busy salon and I had good service. Enjoyable pedicure and my manicure with shellac was excellent. I didn’t give 5 stars due to a few very minor things. My toenail polish was smudged onto my big toe and I didn’t notice until I had left. The chairs at the manicure table are uncomfortable but that may be due to my bottom size! I found the music too loud for my preference. I will go back to the salon.
